Refund policy
At FLAIR Beauty+, we take pride in offering thoughtfully curated haircare and beauty products designed to support intentional, at-home textured hair care.
Because many of the products we carry are personal care items, our return policy is designed to protect product integrity and ensure every customer receives safe, unused merchandise.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and unopened
• In the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Delivery
FLAIR Beauty+ offers local delivery for customers within the Baltimore service area only.
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly to ensure timely fulfillment. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled once they have been prepared for delivery.
For local delivery orders, please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and that the location is accessible at the time of delivery. If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or lack of access, additional delivery fees may apply.
FLAIR Beauty+ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damages or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at zandolyn@flairbeautyplus.com with your order number and a photo of the item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, most personal care products cannot be returned once opened.
The following items are non-returnable:
• Opened or used beauty or haircare products
• Products without original packaging
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom bundles or special orders

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, the fastest option is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
