Where do you deliver from?
All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse at 602 North Howard Street in Baltimore, Maryland. This location allows us to offer fast, reliable delivery across the area.
What are your delivery zones?
We offer delivery within 15 miles of our warehouse. Zones include 0–5 miles, 6–10 miles, and 11–15 miles. Delivery fees vary by zone.
How fast is delivery?
Most orders within 0–10 miles arrive in two to three hours. Extended-area deliveries are same-day. All delivery times depend on product availability and partner courier traffic.
Do you offer free delivery?

How do I know which zone I’m in?
At checkout, Shopify automatically verifies your address and assigns the correct delivery tier. You will see your delivery fee before placing your order.
Can I schedule my delivery?
At this time, we offer same-day delivery only. Scheduled delivery may be added in the future based on customer demand.
Do you offer pickup?
We currently operate as delivery-only. Any changes to pickup options will be announced on flairbeautyplus.com.
What is your return policy?
For safety and hygiene, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours, and we will make it right.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please email support@flairbeautyplus.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or credit when applicable.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do not offer traditional exchanges due to product safety standards. If you need to swap or rehome a product, you can join the barter system at our monthly community event. Learn more at www.flairbeautyplus.com.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be edited once fulfilled. If you need to request a change, contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment options may expand as we grow.
Do you ship outside the delivery zones?
Yes, we offer standard shipping for customers outside the 15-mile delivery radius. Shipping fees and timelines will appear at checkout.
Do you sell in stores?
We are online-only at this time. Any future retail partners or pop-up locations will be announced through the Crown Community.
